In my role as the IT Incharge at The Jyoti Central High School, Ekma (Saran), I've had the privilege of not only managing the school's technology infrastructure but also inspiring students to explore the fascinating world of technology. From fostering a love for coding to igniting a passion for robotics, I have aimed to empower students with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the digital age.

Creating a Tech-Forward Environment:

From day one, I made it my mission to create a tech-forward environment at The Jyoti Central High School, Ekma (Saran). By introducing innovative teaching methods and incorporating technology into the curriculum, I aimed to make learning more engaging and accessible for students. Whether it was integrating interactive learning software into classrooms or organizing coding workshops, I sought to demystify technology and make it an integral part of students' educational journey.

Now a days we are living in the world of challenges and competition. In every aspect of life we face some challenges. To tackle these challenges we need discipline, problem solving skill, decision making skill, dedication as well as continuity in our habit. On the basis of these habits we can develop the future of our youth generation.

Being an educator I follow naturalism and pragmatison theory.

I always believe that every child has different readiness and talent. We need to find out that talent and work on it by providing opportunity and right approach. This leads student to learn different life skills for their future development .

So, as a HOD (SCIENCE) in JYOTI CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL EKMA. My maxim is to equip children with different life skills by providing safe space, disciplined and friendly environment, freedom to express their thoughts in JCHS Campus.

The school philosophy is based on a set of strongly held belief which is put into action everyday by every member of the institution. Biology imparts scientific skills such as observation identifying, analyzing and evaluating data.

Being a biology faculty my sole aim is to make visualize each and every topic in the classroom ,so that no one have to go through memorization problem .

my belief is to provide an environment where classrooms are arranged in a manner that it offers challenging ,competitive and learning choices at a range of development levels. To create a channel of interaction between teacher and students so that they could be equipped with the ability to carry conversation ,express their needs and desires in healthy manner.

Being the HOD of English, a language of communicaton, I would like to suggest all of my students to focus and concentrate on English by reading the English newspapers, participating in various extracurricular activities like debate, group discussion, speech ,role play ,story telling ,

experimental based learning activity etc to enhance their communication skills .They are required to focus on reading skills ,writing and grammar skills to develop their language and literature . After all they should focus on everything based on their life skills to communicate effectively and develop their overall performance.

Today, I will Suggest you all some basic points by which you all can excel your maths learning and solving Skill . Also by these points you can do better in your examination.

Maths students to solve questions and do better in exam.

1. Read the question carefully and identity what is being asked.

2 .Think about which concepts of formulas might apply to solve the problem.

3. Clearly write down each step of your solution to avoid mistake and show your through your process.

4. Always verify your solutions to ensure they make sense and are correct.

5. Regular practice helps reinforce concepts and improves problem solving skills.

6. learn from error, by under, teaching why they occurred and how to avoid them in the future.

7. Don’t hesitate to seek clarification from teacher or peers if a problem is unclear

These points can help students to approach maths problems system atically and confidently leading to better performance in examination.
